“We have all spent too much time believing something is wrong with us.

What if we gave that up, then what?”

- Terces Engelhart

How many messages have we absorbed that whisper (or shout) that we are less than?
How much energy do we spend battling those voices instead of embracing the miracle of who we are—just as we were created?

As an elder, I feel called to support others in healing those shattered self-images. We all carry them, those broken-off pieces that tell us we’re not enough. But what if we could gather them back, gently and intentionally, and remember our wholeness?

I often hear stories of inner battles that hold people back from their passions, well-being, and dreams. When I listen, I see something different. I see patience, kindness, devotion, and beauty—the way I believe a loving God sees each of us.

That’s why I began offering Tuesday morning sessions—a space for encouragement, insight, and inspiration on your journey. If your heart is nudging you toward a deeper remembering, I invite you to join me.

On the Unreasonably Grateful podcast, Terces invites you into a space of deep reflection, honesty, and gratitude. Every week, she breaks her heart wide open, sharing wisdom from her 39-year journey of recovery after 20 years of addiction (an eating disorder).

Her stories are not just about where she’s been—they’re about gratitude as a way of being, not a destination. Through her podcast and book, she inspires us to find deeper meaning in our everyday lives.

Join her each week for a few moments that can shift the way you experience your day.

New episodes drop every week on Substack.

We learn from one another’s stories.

"Terces has an other worldly ability to tap into what rooms and spaces and most importantly, the humans in those spaces need to hear and experience. She speaks divine truth with love and compassion- seeing the true best in those around her when they can't see it themselves. A mother to us all- Terces is the real deal. Her mark will be felt for generations to come."

Unreasonably Grateful; living in grace by choice

Ever since my journey brought me to freedom, I’ve known I would write this book, it was just a matter of when. I suspect anytime one of us gets free we want to set others free as well, freedom is like that, it is meant to be shared with the world. The abuse I kept a secret for twenty years was my trap and only in my becoming transparent was I able to experience the freedom that awaited me.

I had to get beyond thinking I could free someone else and instead simply share my journey and trust that there are those who are ready to hear, and some ready to act. You know who you are.

There is a small quiet and powerful voice in each of us, live to hear it. That is a different life than the one which drowns out that eternal wisdom. Seek stillness, you will actually accomplish much more than you imagine. Learn to listen, it is one of the most loving acts you can do and it requires very little action. It is much more difficult to do nothing than we might think. If you find yourself fixing or changing others it’s a good indication that there is work for you to do within yourself.

Try a session with me, let me share the beauty I see in you

There’s no commitment, pressure, or obligation.

I invite you to join me by subscribing to my monthly inspirational newsletter, a little inspiration is good for all of us. Thank you!
